Today marks the 11th anniversary of the October 15, 2013 earthquake that devastated Bohol, causing not only widespread physical destruction but also deeply affecting countless lives. Church bells rang across the province, symbolizing that even in the darkest times, the light of hope and solidarity shines brightly.
At exactly 8:12 AM, BCHS offered a solemn prayer, honoring the lives lost and those impacted. As we pray for kalinaw (peace) and paglaum (hope), the BCHS community reflects on the grace and healing that has guided Boholanos through these challenging years. Together, we continue to honor the resilience and unwavering strength of the Boholano people.
