Goals and Objectives

Empowered by our Vision, Mission, and Philosophy, we aim to:

  1. Provide a holistic environment where learners can fully exercise, nurture, and develop their multiple intelligences;
  2. Cultivate a culture of cheerfulness, honesty, inquisitiveness and innovativeness, leadership, and initiative;
  3. Link with communities to provide students with real life experiences where their intelligences are honed and their servant leader skills are applied;
  4. Promote efficient and effective good governance supportive of the K12 program.

Philosophy

We believe that every CHILD is capable and eager to learn. Hence, we support their need for hands-on and meaningful activities by providing them with developmentally appropriate tasks.

We believe that they possess multiple intelligences, cognitive strengths, and learning styles which if appropriately honed and nurtured, will enable them to fruitfully engage with others and serve society.

We believe that the bedrock of nurturing intelligence is the CHILDian Virtues. Through them, we develop a holistic individual, equipped with 21st-century skills and ready to carry on with the challenging tasks of the world.

A CHILDian is:

CHEERFUL

A cheerful CHILD is a happy child. He seeks to look at the brighter side of things rather than give in to frustration. He engages in positive and respectful interactions with his peers, teachers, and other members of the school community.

HONEST

He stands for the truth always. He doesn’t lie or cheat. He chooses to do the right thing even if no one is watching. He respects other's belongings and takes care of his own.

INQUISITIVE AND INNOVATIVE

For him, the universe is an unlimited pool of knowledge yet to be discovered. He is curious and eager to learn. He takes responsibility for his own learning.

LEADER

He inspires others by being a good example to them. He is always ready to lend a hand. He leads and participates in organizing activities in school that would help his fellow students.

DOER

He takes initiative. He does not wait until someone tells him to do the right thing. He can responsibly manage his time and materials by doing and completing his assigned tasks on schedule.

At BCHS, we integrate these virtues into our daily activities, curriculum, and community interactions, ensuring that each child grows academically and as a well-rounded individual.
