Let’s Join Hands To Protect Our Children From Bullying.

Bullying is a worldwide phenomenon that has been up many years ago. Some people disregards this and terms it as something that children should go through to toughen themselves up. However, studies have shown that bullying, whether psychological or physical, has an irreversible damage on a person especially without a good support system.

The bullying incident involving students from a well-known school has caused an uproar from all over the country making organizations strengthen their cause against bullying, including Bohol Child Head Start.

The school has decided to incorporate their cause against bullying in this year’s stage play. It tackles issues regarding bullying and how one can overcome it with a good support system from family and friends. It is a music-filled event that will not only give people a lesson but will also make them realize that bullying is something that should not be taken lightly.

There will be 2 screening schedules to accommodate the school’s growing population and ensure a conducive venue for the viewers. Kindly drop by the admin office to select your viewing date and reserve your seats.

Let’s join hands to protect our children from bullying. See you!

The School’s Canteen Service Is Now Starting Its Automation!

It is never too early to teach our kids financial literacy! As promised during one of the General Assemblies last year, the school’s canteen service is now starting its automation.

Here’s how it works:

1. Load up your kid’s account. Any amount will do. You can do this in the canteen. Just look for the canteen in-charge.

2. As your kid purchase in the canteen, he/she will simply give his/her ID as debit card using the amount you have loaded up.

With this we hope to remove the concept of “utang” or credit, instead, promote budgeting for the kids.

Market Day Rescheduled

Due to the 2-day class suspension, our Market day is rescheduled.

Grades 4 and 5 – today (November 22, 2018)
Grade 2 – November 23, 2018
Grades 1 and 3 – November 29, 2018

As always, we look forward for your support by letting your child bring money for snacks on these dates so they can choose and buy from the variety of goodies that our students would be selling. Thank you very much and we’ll see you!
