Playing the piano in the tune of “River Flows in You” by Yiruma, our grade 3 Kab Scout KIT SIGMUND BALANE is this year’s champion in “Abilidad ko, Ugmaron Ko” category during the Annual Council Talents Quest of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines-Bohol Council.
